Separate Service for Couriers
Glovo XL is designed with couriers – Shoppers in mind, who will serve as a bridge between Biedronka and its customers. Through this service, couriers have the opportunity not only to deliver purchases but also to fulfill them according to customers’ individual shopping lists. This dedicated service allows Warsaw residents to order groceries directly to their homes, with guaranteed same-day delivery. It’s a unique solution that combines the convenience of online shopping with the speed and flexibility of local courier delivery.
How It Works?
The shopping process starts with the customer placing an order on Biedronka’s dedicated website. The courier then accepts the order, makes the purchases, and payment for the products is made through the mobile application. Couriers deliver the purchases directly to the recipient, ensuring quick and efficient service. Orders are always placed at least 2 hours in advance, allowing couriers to properly plan their work. Settlements with couriers take place weekly, and rates depend on the value of the shopping basket. Thanks to this solution, customers can enjoy fresh products delivered straight to their doorsteps without leaving their homes.
Benefits for Couriers
The new courier service offers not only an additional source of income but also flexibility in choosing working hours. To join the program, couriers must meet several conditions:

- proficient in the Polish language,
