It depends on the app you work for. With Glovo, the customer pays for the order in cash to the courier or through the app; there is no option for card payment upon receipt. In Uber Eats, Bolt Food, Wolt, and Jush, the customer pays through the app. At Stuart, couriers receive a card terminal as a starting equipment, for which they have to pay.

Yes, our company nor the app reimburses the costs associated with making deliveries.

What is the zone in the app?

It is the area where the app operates and where you will be delivering orders. You can find it marked in a different color in your app.

Yes, bicycles, scooters, or cars are acceptable. The apps do not offer vehicles, however, Avalon Logistics has a fleet of vehicles for rent. We particularly recommend scooter rental to couriers, as they are economical and allow for increased earnings.
