a) Actual Hours to Planned Hours Ratio
- Calculated as session completion time / reserved hours

b) Active Weeks
- Measures regularity of session participation
- Example: 12 weeks of activity
c) Order Acceptance Rate
- Calculated as (accepted orders / assigned orders) x 100%
- Example rate: 85% acceptance (85 accepted out of 100 assigned)
d) Special Hours
- Sum of hours worked during designated special periods
- Example: 24 hours during special time

How to complete your first session?

- Open the app 10 minutes before the planned session start to have time to prepare.

- Darker colors on the map indicate higher demand, while lighter shades indicate lower demand. Even in lighter areas, demand may be higher than in areas without highlighting.
Step 3: Accepting Orders
- When you receive your first delivery order, accept it to begin fulfillment.
- The pickup address and order code will be displayed. Use the map to reach the pickup location and show the order code to collect the delivery.
Step 4: Completing the Delivery
- After collecting the delivery, the customer’s address will appear on the app screen.
