When will I receive payment: Choose the method that suits you – In the world of online work, diverse options for salary payouts are becoming more common, and Avalon goes a step further by offering four different payout cycles. Here are the details worth knowing to better understand how the compensation system works in our company.

When will I receive the transfer?

  1. You decide when you get the money: You have control over the payout cycle. You can choose a preferred method from four options:

    – Access to your earnings according to the proposed rules in the application, once a week.
    – Payment every 2 weeks (around the 15th of the month). 
    – Monthly payment (last working day of the month). 
    – On-demand payment – if you previously chose a 2-week or monthly period and need money earlier. 
  2. Different rates for different payout cycles: Depending on the chosen payout cycle, different settlement rates are available: 

    Settlement 1 time a week or 2 times per month:  
    – 1 application: 30 PLN
    – 2 or more: 50 PLN 

    Settlement 1 time per month:
    – 1 application: 45 PLN
    – 2 or more: 75 PLN

    On-demand settlement:
    – Each time: 30 PLN 
  3. Additional Information: Remember that you can change the settlement period only once a month, and any changes can be made in the Spirit24 application under the Profile tab. 

Tuesday/Wednesday – once a week
Thursday/Friday – once a week
On the 1st and 15th of the month

Why didn’t I receive the transfer? 

We understand that waiting for a transfer can cause some concern, and situations where funds do not appear in the account can be diverse. It’s worth noting that there are several potential reasons why you haven’t received the transfer.

  • Firstly, check if you have signed a contract. The lack of a signed contract may result in delays in processing the transfer. Problems may also arise in the case of missing documents, so make sure that all necessary documents have been provided.
  • Another factor that may affect the lack of a transfer is the amount, which may be lower than the minimum set by the platform. Transfers below a certain amount, for example, 50 Polish złoty, may require additional verification or processing. 
  • In a situation where you have a debt collection order or other legally justified obstacles preventing income settlement, difficulties in processing the transfer may arise. In such cases, we recommend urgent contact with our customer service department, which will help find a solution to the problem. 

If you haven’t received the transfer and are unsure about what could have caused this situation, feel free to contact us.
