How Lisek.App work looks like?
- Norka (Dark store): local warehouse you pick up ready-packed orders from.
- Picker: packs products so you just grab your deliveries and go.
- Routes: work lisek.app only within your assigned district – typically 3+ orders per route.
- Shifts: scheduled system; unapproved absences can result in penalties.
- App: you’ll learn all app tools and route safety during training.
- Schedule and shifts: shift work; attendance at selected shifts is mandatory – unjustified absence may result in penalties (details in the regulations).

- Two local hubs to choose from.
- Routes only within your assigned area; scooters stay in the hub afterward.

Weekly payouts:
Every week (detailed status on Monday).
– Silver: PLN 28/hour gross + PLN 1 + PLN 1.50 in bonuses. Fast completion and accumulation of the so-called Golden Hours pool required.
– Gold: PLN 30/hour gross + PLN 1.50 (Mon–Fri) + PLN 2 (Sat–Sun).
Golden Hours:
Peak demand between 19:00–01:00, especially on weekends – fastest way to level up.
Bonuses:
Daily pay and extra cash for number of deliveries.
Experienced couriers:
After the first month, the best reach up to 38 PLN/hr gross with bonuses.
Seasonal system:
Rates and achievement rules are set for specific periods (e.g. winter/summer) and apply during a given season; conditions sometimes change (e.g. delivery time or level criteria are taken into account).

Work Lisek.App – FAQ
1. Do I need my own scooter?
No. You’ll use Lisek.App electric scooters. Chargers are available at the hubs, and the scooter stays there after your shift. You don’t pay anything for renting.
2. How do the payouts work?
Weekly. On Monday you’ll see a detailed summary and your current level.
3. What are the shifts like, and what if I don’t show up?
We work in a shift system. An unexcused absence from a shift may result in penalties – details can be found in the regulations.
4. How long does the training take?
About 2–3 hours – after that, you can start working right away.
5. What are the pay rates at Lisek.App?
Silver: 28 PLN/h gross + bonuses; Gold: 30 PLN/h gross + bonuses (higher on weekends). The most experienced couriers can earn up to 38 PLN/h gross with bonuses.
6. Is a driver’s license required?
Born before 1995 – an ID card is enough. For those born in 1995 or later – a driver’s license (AM/A1/B) is required.
7. Will I get a uniform?
Yes. The workwear is available under a deposit system and can be borrowed at the hubs.
8. What area will I deliver in?
Only within your assigned zone in Warsaw (and nearby areas like Piaseczno, Ząbki) or Wrocław – no long-distance routes.
