§ 1. Google Reviews Contest
1. The contest referred to in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is directed at individuals who are consumers as defined by Article 22 of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended), residing within the territory of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).
§ 2. Organizer of the Contest
1. The organizer of the Contest is Avalon Logistics Group, ul. Elektronowa 2, 03-219 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
2. The sponsor of the prizes in the contest is Avalon Logistics Group, ul. Elektronowa 2, 03-219 Warsaw.
3. Before participating in the Contest, each Participant should familiarize themselves with the Regulations. Participation in the Contest will be equivalent to acceptance of the Regulations.
§ 3. Contest Rules
1. The Contest is aimed at individuals who, on the day of its commencement, are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
2. Employees of the Organizer and persons cooperating with this entity on a permanent basis under any relationship other than employment, as well as members of the immediate family of the Organizer, i.e. ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, parents of spouses, and persons in an adoptive relationship with them, cannot participate in the Contest.
3. During the contest, participants perform a task by leaving their rating describing their cooperation with Avalon Logistics Group and submitting a 5-star review on Google. In the content of the comment, it is necessary to include their ID number, which can be found in the profile in the Spirit24 application after logging in.
4. Each user may add only one comment.
5. The Contest runs from January 17, 2025, to February 28, 2025, inclusive.
6. Contest entries are made by adding a comment with a review on Google for the specific city where the company’s stationary office is located.
7. The prize in the contest is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro smartphone.
§ 4. Contest Resolution and Prize Awarding Rules
1. From all comments, we will select one winner with the most interesting description.
2. The evaluation made by the Marketing Department of Avalon Logistics Group regarding the awarding of the prize will be entirely subjective.
3. The winner will be announced no later than March 7, 2025.
4. The Participant who wins the prize will be informed by Avalon Logistics Group via email and phone contact.
5. If the winner is any person who does not meet the conditions specified in these Regulations, such a person loses the right to the prize.
§ 5. Additional Information
1. The Organizer states that the prize is exempt from personal income tax under Article 21, paragraph 1, point 68 of the Act of July 26, 1991, on personal income tax.
2. The prize in the Contest cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash equivalents.
3. The prize will be sent by the Organizer via courier to the address indicated by the winner.
§6. Personal Data
1. Personal data will be processed solely for purposes related to the Contest, i.e., its organization and conduct. After the contest ends, all participants’ data will be deleted.
2. Providing personal data by contest participants is voluntary. Participants have the right to access their personal data, correct it, request its deletion, and object to its processing.
§7. Complaints
1. All complaints or comments regarding the conduct of the contest or its organization can be submitted by Participants until February 28, 2025, via email contact.
2. All complaints or comments submitted by Participants in the manner specified in the preceding point will be resolved and addressed by the Organizer within 7 days from the date of their delivery.
§8. Final Provisions
1. The Organizer is not responsible for the content of comments added by the Participant.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations in the form of extending the duration of the Contest or increasing the pool of prizes.
3. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues affecting the fulfillment of participation conditions in the Contest.
4. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the Participant, especially for changes in personal data making it impossible to locate the Participant awarded the prize.
5. The Organizer is not responsible for irregularities resulting from the malfunctioning of internet connections, the functioning of the network, or the Participant’s system.
6. In matters not regulated by these regulations, Polish law shall apply.
