What is a zone in the app?

It is an area where the app operates and where you will deliver orders. You will find it marked in a different color in your app.

How does the customer pay for the order, will I receive a card terminal?

It depends on the app you are working for. With Glovo, the customer pays for the order in cash to the courier or through the app, there is no option to pay by card upon delivery. With Uber Eats, Bolt Food, Wolt and Jush, the customer pays through the app. With Stuart, couriers have access to an app that acts as a terminal.

Do I need to have my own means of transportation?

No, it is not necessary. You can take advantage of the convenient vehicle rental option available in our offer. Apps accept bicycles, scooters or cars as means of transportation for couriers. Although the apps themselves do not offer vehicles for rent, Avalon Logistics Group has a fleet of vehicles intended for this purpose. We especially recommend scooter rental for couriers, as they are economical and allow for increased earnings.
