How does the new Pyszne.pl delivery model work?
Since your city has transitioned to the new model, deliveries are now made exclusively by Fleet Partners, such as Avalon Logistics. Instead of traditional availability in the JET Courier app, you now create your own schedule by claiming available slots (Open Runs) directly in the new app. You can download the app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
Your schedule, your choice
- Open Runs are published twice a week – these are the main batches of slots that appear in the app.
- Self-selection – you go to the “Schedule” tab, browse available Open Runs, and claim the slots that suit you best.
- Schedule updates instantly – each claimed Open Run is immediately added to your personal schedule in the app.
- Additional slots – besides the main publication, extra open slots may appear at any time during the week when demand increases or when another courier releases a previously reserved slot.
It’s worth making a habit of regularly checking the app to reserve the most attractive peak-hour slots.
Start Zones: where do you begin your slot?
Start Zones are designated areas where you need to log in at the beginning of your slot.
- They are designed and verified for order optimization, so you start in a place where your chances of getting orders are highest.
- Delivery area: after logging in, you deliver throughout the entire city. The Start Zone only applies to the beginning of your slot and does not limit your delivery area.
What about Scoober?
Until the official launch of the new model in your location, orders will continue to be processed as before in the Scoober app. Please report your availability in Scoober until you receive a separate message from us with the exact date the old system will end.

Yes, and that’s exactly what we recommend. You can sign a contract of mandate with Avalon Logistics at any time, even if your city’s transition date has not yet been announced. The formalities (contract, registration with ZUS, account activation on Spirit24.pl) will already be done, allowing you to switch to the new model without a single day of interruption in deliveries.
What happens if I don’t sign the contract before my city’s transition date?
From the transition date, deliveries in your city are handled exclusively by couriers cooperating through fleet partners. Without a signed contract and an active account, you won’t be able to accept orders until the formalities are completed. You don’t lose the chance to return, but each day of delay is a day without income. That’s why we recommend registering 4–5 days before the transition date.
Why don’t I see my city on the list?
The new model is being gradually introduced to cities. Activation in your city may start at a later date, which we will inform you about soon. The entire process of transitioning to the new cooperation model is set to finish by August 2026.
Does the transition mean a break in work?
No, if you sign a contract with a fleet partner before the start date.
Will I lose access to the app?
