What is JET Courier?
JET Courier is an app designed for people delivering for Pyszne.pl. After your account is activated by the fleet partner, the courier can log in with the data used during registration. The app can be downloaded on phones with Android or iOS systems.
In the menu, the user will find the essential functions needed for daily work:
- Plan, meaning the schedule of selected slots
- Offers and handling of current deliveries
- Chat with Courier Support
- Integrated navigation
- Income information
- Profile with personal data, vehicle, and settings
Thanks to this, the Pyszne.pl app allows you to efficiently manage your work without switching between multiple tools. Remember to regularly update JET Courier. After updating, it’s best to completely close and restart the app to download the latest settings.
Slot planning in the app
One of the key functions of JET Courier is independently creating your work schedule.
Flexible Availability
You enter your availability each week by Tuesday 23:59.
The schedule is published on Friday.
In the Plan tab, the courier sees available slots Open Runs and chooses hours that best fit their availability.
Once a slot is selected, it is automatically added to your personal schedule. Available times are published twice a week, and additional ones may appear at any moment. That’s why it’s worth checking the app regularly, especially if you care about specific working hours.

Flexibility does not mean randomness. Before choosing a slot, it’s worth carefully planning your availability to start work on time and not block that time slot for other couriers.
What does the delivery process look like?
After the slot starts, the courier may receive a delivery offer. Each offer can be accepted or rejected. Once an order is accepted, the app guides you through the next steps: picking up the order from the restaurant and delivering it to the customer’s address.
With JET Courier, it’s worth remembering a few basic rules:
- Click “Start” before heading to the restaurant.
- Use the integrated navigation in Google Maps or Waze.
- Confirm order pickup directly at the venue.
- Finish the delivery only in the presence of the customer.
- Always check the order number before handing it over.
When entering the restaurant, greet and provide the full order number. Then pick up the package, place it in your backpack, and confirm the pickup in the app. Upon arrival at the customer’s address, make sure you are handing over the correct order, confirm the delivery, and take your backpack with you.
Support and customer contact
If there are operational issues, the courier can reach out for help via Courier Support. The chat is located directly in the JET Courier app. To receive a quicker response, it’s best to describe the entire situation in a single, clear message.
If the customer is unreachable or the provided address is incorrect, first try to contact them via in-app chat. If there is no response, the next step is to call by phone.
The app uses phone number masking. This means the courier and customer can call each other without seeing private numbers. After the contact ends, the temporary numbers are deactivated.
Deliveries of 18+ products
Special care must be taken when delivering alcohol or other age-restricted products. The courier should ask the customer for valid identification and check that the details match the information provided during the order.
Products marked as 18+ cannot be handed over to minors or intoxicated persons. They also must not be left at the door if the customer is not present. If there are any doubts, the safest solution is to contact Courier Support and follow the provided instructions.
